What are the advantages/disadvantages of each race?

  • When you choose your race in game there is a only short description of bonus given by that race. Where can I find a full list of bonus/malus of each race playable in Skyrim?

Just to note, there is now a mod that edits the bonuses into the race descriptions, so you can view them directly in the game when choosing your race.

if your wood elf and have a 50%resistance to poison, and have other perks or wear something that gives you more resistance, does it stack? is it posible to get 100% resistance to poison by using the snakeblood perk and being a bosmer?

Mhm... I'm not sure. Worth trying out. Although since armor is capped (the max you can get is 85% damage reduction) it would make sense that resistances are capped, too.

@smea No, all resistances and such are capped at 85%. The only way to nullify this is to have an enchanted apparel piece that gives you 50% resistance to poison to cap your resistance at 100. If you get 100 resistance to poison via natural effects (such as potions, spells, staff spells, blessings and doom stones (if that's what their still called)) than you really only end up having 85% resistance, even if the poison resistance is 200.

What do the +'s in skills mean?

It boost the skill (I think they start at 10...) so like Bosmer would start with 20 archery and 15 alchemy, light armour, sneak, lockpicking and pickpocket.
